For the past couple years for those of you that follow my muscle videos, Im into lifting weights and looking good. I was given the opportunity to compete in a Figure competition so I’m currently training for it. A fan of mine wanting me to make a custom video showing off my gains…. biceps, triceps, back, abs, butt, and legs. Then he wanted to know my workout schedule and how much I lift. Im still over a month away from the show so keep your eye out for follow up videos, especially during peak week!
