What a fascinating medical experiment unfolds as we see Miss Miranda and her nurse colleague Fetish Liza test out the effects of severe ball-busting kicks on a guinea-pig patient at the Hanwell, West London Clinic for the Sexually Insane. Dressed in their skimpy rubber nurses uniforms, they measure the patient’s testicle-girth while he is secured on the medical bench before taking it in turns to deliver a series of punishing kicks ‘where-they-hurt’ in order to drop their moaning and gasping victim to the ground.
