A prisoner has escaped and Military Officer M helps her colleague Police Officer Mia to get the prisoner back behind bars. To learn the prisoner not to run away the two officers decides to give him a lesson – a whipping. Unfortunately for the Officers this is just not enough and what happens is that the prisoner run away again.
